i keep having ideas for what to put here, but inspiration always strikes when i am away from a keyboard. here are some bits of what i remember:
- you are the generation that bought more vintage kicks and you get what you deserve: muscles’ ‘ice cream’ and calvin harris’ ‘acceptable in the ’80s,’ which are both fine modern-day jazzercise tracks
- omarion somehow managed to shoehorn the most awkward vitamin water ad into his terrible, terrible set at zootopia: he tried to make a toast to the ladies, only to realize that the space between his mouth and his wireless mic wouldn’t fit the bottle, so he just wound up gyrating to ‘buy u a drank’ instead
- anyone who says that derek jeter is more valuable at short than jose reyes is blind, or just living in 2001
also, i turn 32 in six days! there had better be brunch is all i’m saying.

When are you away from a keyboard?! Don’t you always have with you a BlackBerry, or a Treo, or a manual typewriter that you’ve somehow managed to hook up to the Internet?
according to internet rumours, all of this will change on june 11.
update: june 29
P.S. Happi birfday, hope you got brunched!
